On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there will be no departure or delivery of orders.
In case of delay in delivery, it will not imply any cancellation of the order or any compensation.
An order is considered delivered at the time the carrier delivers the package or packages to the customer and he signs the delivery receipt document. It is up to the customer to verify the status of the merchandise upon receipt and indicate all the anomalies on the delivery receipt.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 7 business days, from the date of receipt of the order, to make the return, by default or breakage. Returns must be previously authorized by NIRVEL COSMETICS, S.L .. To do this, you must contact us indicating the order number and, if you wish, the reasons for the return. Once your request is received, we will inform you by email of the steps to be performed. The refund of the amount will be made by the same means by which the payment was made, within a maximum period of 10 days from the receipt of the product in our warehouses.
